I bought this book to self teach the Earth History. There are so many colourfull and detailed figures or drawings, and only look at them, I could grasp the concept and was fascinated to read the text. Very enjoyable book. Farther, at the end of each chapter, a list of suggested read is attached, it's newest date is 2007.

Despite being a paperback, this is actually one of the heaviest books I've had to carry throughout my college years. I don't mind much though, as the book is a very good one. The contents are great and many, and can very easily be understood with the accompanying pictures and illustrations. This book is also a great reference for any papers concerning geologic processes or formations.

Definitely saved money buying on Amazon.com, but in the campus bookstore there was a supplemental workbook included in the package with the book.

arrived in less than a week in perfect condition. what a bargain for a college book.

I would suggest that you order this book from Amazon.com. I was twice the price at the University's book store.

This is an interesting and informative book. It came promptly and in good shape. Though it was used, there wasn't a mark in it. It was almost like buying it new, but at the used price.

Book is in fairly good shape and the previous owner delivered it in a timely fashion.

I had to rate them one star because zero wasn't available. Ordered a book, did not receive during promised delivery window. FOUR emails to seller were totally ignored, finally have to file a claim after a full month of no shipment, no response. NEVER buy from these people!

I received great service from this seller. I was even reimbursed for the S&H that I paid to send the book back. Will definitely do business again with this seller.
