Best so far for odor.,
I've tried many natural deodorants, as I am allergic to perfumes and also prefer to avoid aluminum. Most of them have been equivalent to throwing $5-7.00 in the trash as they didn't work. This one, by Earth Science is the closest to "regular" conventional deodorant regarding the texture and effectiveness against odor. I'm quite sad that my local store no longer carries it. The lichen extract seems an effective ingredient against odor. Please note that most natural deodorants are _NOT_ also antiperspirants, and you will sweat more even with the best of them.

If you are looking for an unscented deodorant, consider the "Crystal Body Deodorant" product that comes as a dry solid. It is a salt that you apply after moistening it with water. I compared the products carefully, and the "Crystal" stuff worked better (for me) than Earth Science Liken deodorant or Tom's of Maine unscented deodorant.

The deodorant just works. I don't have a problem becoming smelly by the end of the day (I work in front of a computer, so your mileage may vary) plus I don't end up itching after using this product like I have with some of the other aluminum free deodorants I've tried.So, I don't smell, and I don't itch after using this deodorant.
