The anti stress comfort pillow helps with aches and pains. The ability to heat it quickly in the microwave provides warm soothing pain relief instantly. This is my second purchase of the item and found amazon prices lower than the department store where I first purchased the item.

Ive had this pillow since 2007 work wonders after I had neck surgery very comfortable forms to your head

ordered to help relax and recently broken shoulder..the heat seems to relax arm muscles so that i might sleep would recommend to anyone who need a litle help de-stressing before bed

If you want to order a comfort pillow for the aromatherapy benefits then DO NOT order this. It is okay I guess in terms of comfort- although the material is relatively cheap and you can get something for the same price that is made much better. But there is literally, NO SMELL at all. I can't believe it. What a waste of money. I am not ordering from this company again, 2 negative experiences in a row. Save yourself money, please.

My husband and I bought this microwaveable pillow for each of our parents - both sets loved it! The smell is quite pleasant - not at all overwhelming. The parents raved so much we bought one for ourselves! It holds the heat well for ~1 hour.
