great gift!
I got this for my mom who is in her 50's and is always cold. She loves it! It is very soft and has a very pleasant scent both heated and not. Also this can go into the freezer and used a cold compress. highly recommend this. Definitely going to put it on my own xmas list.

I warmed it and even after 2 min it wasn't warm
I wish it would be a bit warmer when microwaving it. They say only 2 min though with 30 min intervals. It's cute. I haven't tried it cold.

This works, smells and feels wonderful! I love it, but I was just expecting a full wrap kinda more shapped like a towel or something. This product is great but shapped like a tube :)
