Conflicting directions, May 2, 2009
The on line directions for this eye compress say to chill or microwave it. If you buy it, as I did, because an ophthmologist recommended warm compresses you will be disappointed. The directions that come with it say never to put it in a microwave and that advice is printed right on the compress.

This review is from: Earth Therapeutics Soothing Eyelid Compress (Health and Beauty)
Came quickly with Amazon Prime.
I think they come in multiple (random) colors, because I received mine in green. (It looked lovely, made me feel more earthy) It's just you should be able to choose.
But I'm not concerned about that, but the temperature of where you're going to store is really does effect whether or not you're expecting the bags to go away. I tried to store this in the freezer, but it basically froze and turned into a block of ice, so I let it melt, and put it in the fridge. Used it in the morning, turned warm after about 10 minutes, and it didn't really make my bags go away, but it was really relieving.
So I recommend this product as an eye-relieving kind of thing, but as for the bags, try some other product, and as for the price, I found the same thing (different brand, same materials, etc) for $1.50.
Hmm, maybe online is more convinent for people who live further away.
Cheers.
