Use this jam with cream cheese and spread on Wholefoods Everything Flatbread crackers....great appetizer.

Such a unique flavor that is a hit at parties. Just throw it over whipped cream cheese and serve with crackers and you have the perfect appetizer.

I tried this when in CA for my cousins wedding and we had it in her suite to eat with cream cheese and crackers as a snack. I LOVED it. It's very good.
So, when I came back to Hawaii, I had to order it! AMAZON has the BEST price for this, FYI! The Earth and Vine company is STELLAR! ALL their stuff is sooo yummy! You can really get creative with what you use it for... I have tried it on warmed brie, its really good that way for sure. Just warm the brie in the oven, and pour on top in the oven and take out and use some nice CARRS crackers. This steller is AMAZING! They will only charge you the $5 or so to ship as many as you want. I ordered 6 so I wouldnt run out. It's the perfect appetizer to bring with you to any party to make it seem as if you worked really hard... lol! My husband used this on meatballs the other night, and said they were fantastic!

This is the best pepper jelly ever. If you want a never miss appetizer, just pour some of this over a hunk of cream cheese and watch your guests devour it!

I was happy to find this online since otherwise I'd have to look for it in a specialty store, and for more money. I bought 3 and the shipping was the same for the 3 as it would be for one. This is just incredibly delicious. Serve it on the side of a great creamy goat cheese or double creme Brie and rich crackers. Put it out for a dipping sauce for Crab Rangoons. This is the most requested appetizer at any holiday party at my place. It's a perfect balance of hot and sweet. Decadent!

Compared to the pepper jelly I have found locally, I think it was good, but still prefer what I have here. Have to say, I was a lot disappointed that the item was ordered on the 11th of December and wasn't delivered until the 24th. Too late to give to office mates as intended. No reply to an email to the seller. Regardless, those I ultimately did give it to seemed pleased with the quality.

I bought this at my local Whole Foods after trying it from a special holiday display--they don't carry it usually, so I will have to get it from Amazon from now on. Oh, yes, that is the point: it is really delicious, and I will have to get more! I poured it over a log of chevre (similar to others' recommendation on using it with cream cheese) and then warmed the whole thing slightly in the microwave. It was beautiful and my guests kept asking me where I got the jam. Not too sweet, not too spicy.

THIS MAKES A WONDERFUL APPETIZER. SIMPLY POUR OVER CREAM CHEESE AND ADD TRISCUITS. IT'S PERFECT!

The French Laundry in Fenton, MI (www.lunchandbeyond.com) uses this jam on a warm chicken breast sandwich with brie on a paesano roll from Zingerman's. I now make this all the time at home.
