I LOVE THIS JOURNAL. IT HAVE THE POWER TO GET YOU LOST IN WRITING. THE CD THAT COMES WITH THE JOURNAL, IS RELAXING. LISTEN TO THE CD AND GET LOST IN THE JOURNAL. WOMEN NEED TO EXPRESS THEMSELF AND THIS JOURNAL CAN HELP YOU DO SO. BUY THE JOURNAL AND LISTEN TO THE CD AND YOU WILL LOVE IT.
