I purchased these shoes as Amazon was the only place I could find them. I was replacing an exact pair I had purchased and used almost daily for about 2 years and loved them so much. However, after only a month these new pair of shoes fell apart from the soles, the sides and front of both the left and right shoes. When I contacted them about an exchange I got nothing but poor customer service and no satisfaction. They would not even exchange these shoes as it had been over 30 days since my purchase date. Not happy.

The shoes are great! The leather is very smooth, the colors (I got black & brown) are deep and rich and they even came in little bags I can use for shoe travel pouches. The lower heel takes pressure off my back and knees and has helped my posture. The delivery was amazingly fast! I am a happy customer!
