I travel a ton and don't lug a mat with me. They are very grippy and I love the enviromentally sensitive materials that they are made of. The only draw back is that when you are doing a pose like proud warrior, your feet slide forward in the socks and eventually the material between your toes starts cutting into the area between your toes. I feel like I am spending too much time being careful how I place my feet to stop this from happening. Other than that I love them and do use them.

If you need these yoga socks quickly, order from a different vendor. I ordered a pair 10 days ago, and they have not shipped yet. I had to give one star as my rating, because a rating was required to post my review. Otherwise, no stars.

These are cotton toesocks, the cotton will slip less over your skin and the grip is excellent and though the gripping bits stand out they proved very durable, unlike the toeless Gaiam socks that I bought as well. The toes first seem a bit uncomfortable but the material adjusts and stretches and at the end of the first training session was comfortable and stayed that way. After washing slightly less comfortable, again things improve after the material stretches in use.I also bought "Stick-e Brands Yoga Stick-e Socks" which provide little grip when moving left to right (the solid grip part moves around too much), so I did not like them. Underarmour sells socks that are thinner and have less protruding/flatter gripping bits that are also durable but the socks are less warm, do not have toes, and the material is so sleek that it slips a bit over the skin so overall grip is lessened compared to this product (still perfectly OK though).

Yoga in a cold gym (even with a mat) can be uncomfortable without socks. Not just any socks will do, so I searched all over for a pair designed to stick me to the mat for those challenging poses. I never expected to find a pair that is both natural and affordable. Thank you Amazon for partnering with this supplier!

Great Socks,

These were a hit with their individually wrapped toes feature. I gave them to my wife for christmas for yoga and within 2 days they were swiped by her best friend for Pilates (haven't seen 'em since)...I guess I should buy another pair.
