I bought this cd (it was a cassette back then), in 1994. I was a patient in the psychiatric ward of a hospital suffering from servere depression. After listening to it, I felt, almost 'revived, like there was hope for me in digging my way out of my depression. It helped me to believe that I had the strength within me, to accomplish anything I put my mind to. Everytime now, whenever I'm feeling blue, or need to de-stress, I pop the cd into my player, put on the headphones and 'meld within the music'.
