These cookies are just delicious...PERIOD. They just so happen to be organic. And they just so happen to be vegan. And I don't have any kids...these cookies are for ME!!! I cook vegan food and was looking for some cookies for banana pudding. Haven't gotten around to making the pudding yet and the cookies are almost gone! Thank goodness for subscribe and save!

My son loves these cookies & I love that we can learn letters during snack time. He really gets into looking through the box for a certain letter, asking about things that start with that letter etc. Some whole grain would be nice that is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.
