SO CONVENIENT!!!!, November 7, 2011
This review is from: Earth's Best Organic Infant Ready to Feed Formula, 8-Ounce (Pack of 24) (Grocery)
I absolutely love these. These ready to feed formula bottles make life so much easier when out and about. My little one has been getting Earths Best formula for a few months and really enjoys it. I was worried that he wouldn't like the ready to feed formula but he doesn't seem to notice a difference in the taste. The only thing that seems a bit strange with these is the color of the formula. It is a dark taupe color, and kinda looks like chocolate milk. Also to anyone that uses Dr. Browns bottles, you will not be able to use a Dr. Brown nipple collar on these. I tried to use mine and had a big mess from leaks. I was able to use a Dr. Brown nipple with a Medela collar without any leaks.

Great product; doesn't work with Dr Brown's nipples, October 30, 2011

I am very thankful to have this ready-made formula as an option when we are away from home. The first thing I noticed is that the color of this is substantially darker than when I mix the powder at home. At home it's an off-white cream color and this ready-made is more of a taupe color. I think the biggest sell is that there is no refrigeration needed, so therefore we do not have to find a way to heat it up away from home. For those who use the powder, you know how bubbly it is when you mix it, but this wasn't too bubbly even after shaking (still bubbly of course). My daughter will not drink similac/enfamil but has been on Earth's Best for about 2 months. She took to this immediately. I made the mistake of attaching a Dr. Brown's ring and nipple and it leaked everywhere. I then realized that these will not work because they do not have the rubber seal that the bottles do. I attached a medela ring and nipple and had no problems with leakage. If your baby drinks from this bottle, it must be thrown out in one hour. If you pour it into another bottle, the remaining contents are good for 24 hours.

Awesome!, October 27, 2011
This review is from: Earth's Best Organic Infant Ready to Feed Formula, 8-Ounce (Pack of 24) (Grocery)
My four-month-old has not been gaining enough weight. I've been expressing milk (using Dr. Brown bottles), hoping to increase my supply, so that she will eat more. It has not been working. After discussing it with my baby's doctor, I decided to start supplementing. I already use several other Earth's Best products, so I already knew that I wanted to try that brand of formula before trying anything else. Earth's Best Organic Infant Ready to Feed Formula is the first kind of formula that I have tried. I just picked it up at BabiesRUs today (it is a bit cheaper to buy it in bulk on Amazon). I bought this instead of the powder formula so that I could donate the unopened bottles if my daughter didn't like it. I needn't have worried. She took to it immediately! There are several practical plusses to buying this product: It does not need to be refrigerated prior to being opened.
It should be served at room temperature (no need to worry about heating it up).
Any unused amount is able to be refrigerated and then reheated to room temperature.
The formula does not need to be poured into a bottle; you just attach your preferred type of collar and nipple. However, you may use your own bottle.
It is USDA certified organic.
It seems to have all of the proper nutrients. There is also a con: Opened bottles of formula must be used within 24 hours, which isn't a big deal. In general, most beverages need to be used within 24 hours. ***Update*** I had to stop using this product because my daughter is sensitive to lactose. I initially switched her to the Earth's Best Organic Soy Formula, which I have also reviewed. However, I now use Baby's Only Organic Soy Formula. The company also has other types of organic formulas.
