Compared to the old hand pump sprayers of yesterday, this spayer/spritzer is a jewel. It is easy to pump and control the discharge. It sprays the dust in a fine mist without clumping or jambing. I use it in the garden and in my chicken coop. It's design allow me to reach up high or down low. I use Amazon a lot, but I found it a lot cheaper at the Earthway Outlet on the Internet. I recommend this product.

Easy to use and long enough to be great around plants with thorns or thick growth. Best way to load it with powder is to use a flexible, plastic cutting board dedicated to garden use. A funnel made from a chlorine bleach bottle will also work. We dedicate one of the spritzers to dispensing cayenne pepper spice all over the roses, azaleas and garden ground to deter dogs, cats, deer and racoon in Zone 7b Alabama. Since rain washes the deterrent away, we just have one of these loaded all the time for a fast, easy way to retreat the area. Short, fast strokes give you the best burst for your effort. Easy to clean with a hose.

This was ordered on April 30th and they didn't ship until May 11th. Way too long of a delay. The item didn't arrive until today, May 14th. My initial experience has been that it becomes frequently clogged with the garden dust. I have had to carry a small probe with me in order to clear the nozzzle. Bummer.

The sprayer/duster is one of the most useful garden tools ever invented. It's easy to use, simple to understand,and time/energy saving. I would certainly purchase one (or two) again.

I recently wore out, after many years, my original Earthway and ordered a replacement. If you are looking for a duster/spritzer this is the one. It allows you to easily get the underside of leaves and that is often the most important place to seek out the critters. I would never consider another type - easy to fill and easy to use.
