So far so good on this blower. Bought at a time when there were no reviews at all, I have now had it for about 1 month. I have used it a couple times on a weekly basis for blowing the lawnmower and carport off. The blower works as advertised and has a lot of power with both speeds. The vacuum/mulcher works fine, but haven't used it that much. The blower is very light weight which is nice. The only thing that I see as a drawback that I don't like (but haven't had an issue with) is that the plug for the blower is on the front casing instead of the back of the casing, so basically the cord has to wrap around the front of the blower to function. All in all, a great blower at an absolute GREAT price.

Took it out of the box, plugged it in and smoke started pouring out of the motor and burnt out. Looks like switch was bad, but that would explain why I am the only review on here. I went right out and bought the Toro 51599 Ultra 12 Amp Variable Speed Electric Blower/Vacuum With Metal Impeller. Now that unit works like a charm. Pay the extra and stay away from this one.......

THIS BLOWER/ VAC IS LIGHTWEIGHT,POWERFUL,AND EASY TO HANDLE.THE ONLY NEG ABOUT THIS ITEM IS THE POWER CORD RETAINING BAR.I'M PROBABLY NOT DOING SOMETHING RIGHT , BUT I JUST CAN'T GET THE CORD TO STAY IN PLACE ON THE UNIT. ALL IN ALL ,A VERY GOOD PRODUCT THAT WORKS BETTER THAN EXPECTED FOR SUCH A BARGAIN PRICE.

use it for light work, does the job fine. Doesn't vac/mulch too well - but I just bought it to be a blower so not a dealbreaker.
