FIFTEEN MINUTES OF FAME * * * * *,

This product arrived quickly and in good condition. The set-up was strait forward and easy. The pressure washer worked GREAT for about 15 minutes, and then it lost pressure. Per the trouble-shooting section of the instruction manual, I checked all the connections to make sure none were sucking air, and then I tried again, but the unit still would not create any water pressure. I phoned the manufacturer and was given the same advice (check the connections), so I did that again without luck. Frustrated, I set it aside and tried again today. This time I wrapped thread seal (plumber's tape) on the threads of the connection between the wand and the pressure hose. I also replaced the gaskets in the inlet hose; however, the fourth time was not a charm - the unit's motor ran and the water flowed, but with no more pressure than a garden hose. It's heading back for a refund.

This is a horrible choice for a pressure washer. It seems good at first, but, upon using it, you'll see that, besides leaking at virtually every joint, the "environmentally friendly motor" turns on and off constantly, like it can't make up it's mind whether or not it wants to stay on or off. I would much rather a pressure washer whose motor stays on all the time and one which doesn't leak everywhere. My theory is that because it's leaking water, the motor thinks the user is trying to draw water from it with the trigger, so it turns on. But because it's not much water being dispersed (just enough to soak you from head to toe), it stops... but then starts again once it leaks a bit more. There must be some sort of water sensor thinking that, because there's water being lost, the motor should be switched on... even when you're not pressing the trigger. What a horrible design this is. I have found a way around this. Stay on the trigger and turn off the pressure washer when you're not using it... and try not to worry about the incessant leaking. If you can get past these 2 thorns in your side, this pressure washer will get your job done. I would send it back if it was convenient to, but it is not. Thankfully I paid less than $100 for it.

Waste of money...,
This review is from: Earthwise PWO1650 1,650 psi 1.6 gpm Electric Pressure Washer (Lawn & Patio)
Don't bother with this piece of junk. It leaked more water on me than the patio I tried to clean. The spray attachment to my garden hose works better by a long shot...I'm disappointed that I didn't read the reviews before purchasing this unit.

The connector that attaches the hose to the unit is flimsy, and broke when I first hooked it up.,

Cheaply made. I got it to work for an hour when the connector that attaches the water hose broke. I couldn't find the mfg., but Amazon came through and offered a refund for return. Can't recommend this. I only gave it one star because it did work for 60 minutes.

Nice light weight compact product. Easy setup and fairly strong output.
But, after 5 minutes of use stopped working. Used every trick in the instructions to troubleshoot but that was an hour of wasted time. I will not buy another Earthwise product.

The Earthwise PWO 1650 is perfect for small pressure washer jobs; cleaning siding, cars, or soiled patios or walks. For it's light weight it does a great job. The seller shipped it promptly and it arrived in perfect condition.

I bought this to replace another electric pressure washer I had that finally died. I have had it now for about a month and the pressure washer works great. It is light weight, easy to carry around and only turns on when the water is running. I use it mainly to clean the rocks around my pond and to clean out the filters. I have also used it to clean algae off the aluminum siding on the side of the house that never gets any sun. Have not had any problems, pressure is constant, hose and electric cord are nice and long. I managed to get a great deal on this through an Amazon retailer who only had 2 left in stock, and for some reason the price dropped to $35 so I snagged it quickly. I still would have bought it if it were $99. Saw some of the other negative reviews and was worried at first, but I love this little thing and works well for what I use it for.

read all reviews on internet and here is what I found after owning it.,
This review is from: Earthwise PWO1650 1,650 psi 1.6 gpm Electric Pressure Washer (Lawn & Patio)
I read all the reviews on the internet. I had this as a prize in a contest, so it took a long time to get here. I was thinking it would be junk after reading the reviews. Here is what I found. After getting it and unpacking it and putting it together, I turned it on and nothing happened, but the motor was running. So I shut it off quickly, as it appears many have had burned out motors or something. I immediately called the support number. They answered quickly to a toll free number. The were friendly. They said that the hose needed to be snug on the connector. It was not snug, so I pushed it snug and tried again. It worked! I then powerwashed the bottom half of my garage door and it did a great job. Seeing that many people had problems after 30 minutes, I have decided only to use this 20 minutes at a time. The next job was th basement floor. It was very good, but did take a bit of paint of the floor, as it is very powerful, for a not so good paint job. The next day, I washed the side of my house, my windows and took the paint off some area that had chipping paint, which I wanted to loosen. I also tried it on a fence, the driveway, and some rocks, and it did change them from grey to white. So far so good, no major problems. I have made sure I have used a decent quality hose, and I have kept the unit far away from the water i am spraying, as I would guess, water in this might cause issues. I have also kept it on full throttle and power it off immediately after 20 minutes. So for the first 80 minutes, it has worked. I will update this description if anything happens to this. The hose does leak some water at the spray end. I did get sopping wet while using it. It has so far been better than most of the descriptions I had read, so I thought it would be important to type out my experience. It does appear many have had problems. Hopefully the 20 minutes at a time and keeping all water away from it may be the trick to get this to work, although I really do not know, as I am just a first time user of a power washer.

The price was good and the size was perfect for me. I did break a generic connection but it was very easy and inexpensive to replace. It was my fault. I would recommend this product for regular use to anyone.

Worked great out of two times I used it. Today tried to use it for the third time and the Water hose burst. Now I either have to return and replace the whole item (which I have to pay shipping) or find a new water hose locally.
