I love this game. We just got it from Goodwill, and me and my sister played it tonight (my sister is 15.) We loved it! But the board was hard to look at and find stuff. This is an awesome game! BTW The ages are 9 to 90 LOL but anyone can play it! Buy this game and you'll adore it. I think it's funny how they have ones like 'the kissing disease" and funny ones that you'll be astonished that you got! :) Great game!

Here's what the manufacturer said about the game:
Infection: The Board Game - Infection is a game about medicine and disease for two to eight players. Players start the game with five disease cards and $500.00 in "infection bucks". The disease cards have the symptoms, causes and treatments for over 100 medical conditions. Diseases range from athlete's foot and danruff to African sleeping sickness and multiple sclerosis. Players roll the dice and "race" around the board. The first one to be completely disease free (or the last player living) wins the game. -- Includes: eight playing pieces, 100 disease cards, 100 treatment cards, 44 animal helper/activist cards, 26 intensive care cards, 1 game board, 1 set of rules, 2 dice. -- For 2-8 players.

I know that there are only a certain amount of this game ever made, (not sure what the number is).
I think this game is wonderful because it is truly educational. It is a great game for anyone who loves the TV show "House" because it is all about diagnosis!
