Mabel Katz worked with Dr. Hew Len for over ten years, and her book reflects that transcendent point of view. I find that I can open her little book anywhere and read a phrase that inspires me. Her ego-less presentation of ho'oponopono is in stark contrast to Joe Vitale's ego-filled Zero Limits. If you want to know about the essence of ho'oponopono this is the book for you.

I would have given this book 4 stars except that I read other books on Ho Oponopono that were so poorly written that I gave this one 5 stars for FINALLY providing me the information I was looking for. This is not only a good review of Ho Oponopono, it's a great introduction to it as well. Clear, concise, and heart-felt. Highly recommend for someone who wants better, deeper understanding of Ho Oponopono.

I keep this book on my night-stand because it has an excellent synopsis of Ho'oponopono in the back. However, I don't recommend it as the first or only book you read on the technique. Joe Vitale's "Zero Limits" is a beyond-superb introduction to Ho'oponopono which will get you started on the process within the first few pages. And that's the ticket. The sooner you start and the more you use this simple yet profound process, the happier you'll be. Over a 40 year search, I've encountered various processes which were supposed to change the world. This one just might.

I enjoyed this book by Mabel Katz. It was more of what I had already encountered in studying the Ho'Oponopono subject. It is a quick read and easy to grasp.

This book was a very easy and quick read. I like the concepts within and have been practicing them with regularity since reading the book. I can say it has helped me cope a little better about certain things going on in my life. It relaxes me and overrides my anger, frustration, etc.

This is a great introduction into this wonderful healing art. I read this one after reading "Zero Limits" and found it clarified much of the technique for me. I highly recommend this to everyone seeking more information that is presented in a reader friendly way.

I was expecting a lot deeper training on Ho'oponopono. I would classify this as a nice book but shallow on the Ho'oponopono end.
