One of the first things Dr. Miller says on the tape is, "Even if you become very sleepy, please try to not to fall asleep. Listen to the full tape." I have never heard the end of the tape. Don,t buy This!!!!!!!!!
I bought this type thinking it would help with my insomnia but it didn't help at all! It is a complet waste of money don't buy it!!!!!!!!

The combination of Dr. Miller's soothing voice, words and music makes it impossible to not fall asleep. He guides you into deep relaxation and clears your memory of the day's troubles. Using this tape along with his Rainbow Butterfly and his Letting Go of Stress, gives you the tools to overcome stress and sleeplessness.

I love this tape! Emmett Miller's voice is so entrancing and with the wonderful background music, it is excellent for helping to relax and sleep. He gives many breathing and muscle relaxing suggestions (on both sides of the tape) that are extremely useful. I highly recommend this one!

Easing Into Sleep---CD buyers be warned,

I had this cassette when I was in high school. I wore it out and it really helped me to sleep. I went to Miller's webs site to buy the CD version. I listened to the mp3 audio clip and I was thrilled to find it. I ordered it and couldn't wait to get it.
Upon receipt, the CD "Easing Into Sleep" is NOT the same as the cassette. It is a totally re-vamped version of the classic sleep tape. It doesn't even sound like Miller. I contacted their customer service and was informed that you can only get the classic sleep tape on cassette that is no longer in print. When asked why they use the old mp3 clip that is no longer available, they had no comment. Shame on you Dr. Miller for the bait and switch. :(
