I will just start by saying I was so pleased by what Easiyo had to offer, I went to their website and told them so. I promptly received a reply from a real person thanking me. How is that for customer service? Bottom line, this product is wonderful and so is the company behind it.

I made the sweet greek yesterday and it turned out thick and yummy! I will never go back to boiling milk and then having to reduce the temperature with a ice bath prior to making a batch of homemade yogurt.

I Love my Easiyo!!!!

My wife started purchasing Greek style yogurt at the local organic market to a tune of $2.49 for a small container. Needless to say purchasing stacks upon stacks for normal consumption started to add up. So I thought I would simply purchase the maker with one of the Sweet Greek package to see how it fairs up against the local store. To our amazement, we were pleasantly surprised at how good this literally tastes. I'd even am confident enough to say that we actually liked it more than what we were purchasing at the store. Definitely recommend it...

My picky 3 year old ate 3 servings of this yogurt in one day just as it is, no fruit added. How many little ones will eat plain yogurt and enjoy it? I really liked the consistency, thick and creamy. We had mixed results with the consistency of the other flavors, but they were still yummy. We will definately be ordering more.

All varieties of Easiyo that I've tried are wonderful. However, Amazon tripled their price last year. Go to the easiyo site to find other US providers.

Absolutely the best yogurt I have ever eaten! I made it in a Tribest yogurt maker with 4 cups of 1% milk. It is thick and creamy and sweet, like eating pudding! The regular Greek yogurt by Easiyo is great too, if you like the more tart yogurt. I added 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tsp of vanilla to the latter and it was wonderful too.

We really like the taste of the sweet Greek Easiyo yogurt. Tonight, I had the last batch on hand as part of a dessert with fresh strawberries.
My disappointment? I had placed an order for a variety of their yogurts. I received word that this sweet Greek was no longer available . . . except that I now see it on Amazon's site for 3 times the price! I'll find a way to thicken and sweeten the natural yogurt before paying $15 for a quart of yogurt.

Seriously, the Sweet Greek Yogurt is so delicious it is amazing. I would like to stick my face in the Easiyo container and just slurp this up. It is higher in fat than the low fat Greek they sell (80 fat calories per serving which is not horrible) but the taste is so lovely it is worth it. No added sweetners needed and it isn't too sweet either. Love it!

This starter yields a yogurt with a smooth, thick texture, and wonderful flavor--a honey-like sweetness but still plenty tart (I much preferred this one to the flavor or Easiyo's unsweetened Greek base). And it couldn't be easier to make--just add water! I incubated it in my Salton yogurt maker and had a great product after about 8 hours. Two downsides: 1) While the yogurt tastes delicious, it has a yucky aftertaste. 2) Although Greek yogurt at the grocery store is pricey, this starter is hardly more economical ($5 for a 1-qt yield)...I do plan to reserve some of the completed yogurt as starters for my next batches that I'll make with whole milk. We'll see how many "generations" of yogurt I can get out of this first batch before losing the flavor and consistency of the original starter.

Lets face it, we are at a crossroads in this country in regards to the food people are putting into their bodies. Obesity in the US is absolutely out of control. Its gotten so bad that most of the food companies have now agreed to cut the fat content even with the junk food they produce like candy bars and potato chips. You will start to see these changes rolling out very soon. So it pains me to see something like this. A lot of people will think they are eating healthy by eating Easiyo yogurt as most people assume that yogurt is healthy especially if they are making it themselves. Yet low and behold this yogurt is absolutely LOADED with saturated fat and I do mean loaded. 1 serving of Easiyo Sweet Greek Yogurt has 25% of your daily value of saturated fat and that is only for a serving size of 1 cup. Some flavors of Easiyo are as high as 30% of the daily value. You have a 2 cup serving, which is a far more realistic serving size, and your already at 50%-60% of the daily recommended saturated fat levels. To put this in perspective, my favorite yogurt is Breyers and a 1 cup serving of Breyers yogurt has only 1 gram of saturated fat for 5% of your daily value. You will find similar values for Dannon, Yoplait, Stonyfield, Etc. To put it in a little better perspective, A Big Mac from McDonald's only has 10 grams of saturated fat so 2 cups of this yogurt has as much saturated fat as a BIG MAC. That is nothing short of insane!!

Look ill be the first one to admit that this yogurt tastes great. One of the main reasons why it tastes so good is because its absolutely loaded with saturated fat. Its pretty much common sense that the more fat something has the better it tastes and the better its texture especially with dairy products. So if you are someone who could care less about the foods they are putting into their body or if your actually looking to gain weight then by all means dig into some Easiyo. If however you are watching what you eat or trying to lose weight then you should stay as far away from Easiyo as you can. This is basically the most unhealthy yogurt I have ever seen and I have been eating yogurt for over 25 years.

Bottom line - Yeah it tastes great, then again I am pretty sure dirt would taste great if you mixed it with this much saturated fat. Do yourself a favor and stick with store bought yogurt or learn how to make your own yogurt from scratch, without having to use these Easiyo packets. Its not hard and you can make your batches much healthier than what your getting here. Again society is at a crossroads in regards to the food we are putting in our bodies every day. If nothing is done, the health problems caused from obesity alone will literally bankrupt the US health care system by 2025. This is a fact. Do your body a favor and go with a much healthier brand of yogurt. It may not taste as good but its going to be far better for your body!!

Because everything else in their line is a five or more. I bought Greek Yogurt based on its popularity. I just haven't made any up yet. Might do that today and return with additional information. At this point, after months of using the easiyo system and eating their yogurt I have not a single negative word to say about the company or the yogurt.
