"Vancouver is home to the best Chinese food in the world. Period."— Mark Shatzker Conde Nast Traveler

I bought this book for my daughter- we both love to cook and explore restaurants, especially Asian. We are lucky enough to live directly below Vancouver and the number of Asian restaurants is a bit intimidating so this book is both a cookbook and a travel guide for us.

Beautifully done and even if you don't live close, the recipes are great.
