Outstanding and Easy to Use for a Novice or Professional
I have been using this product for the at least the past three versions. I am always confident it protects my privacy. It is easy to use and does not effect other software. Buggy, and zero support
I paid for this software and used it for nearly a year. For the past few months I've had lots of problems with it- freezing my computer, not working when I click on it, getting free trial prompts even though I already have it , etc. I called support-you just get to leave a voicemail message that they don't return. I also received no response to my email support request. I...

I paid for this software and used it for nearly a year. For the past few months I've had lots of problems with it- freezing my computer, not working when I click on it, getting free trial prompts even though I already have it , etc. I called support-you just get to leave a voicemail message that they don't return. I also received no response to my email support request. I am sure there are other programs like this that have organizations standing behind them for support- this is kind of fly-by-night.
