I really like this book. Our family enjoyed finding out about things we might not have known about otherwise. Books like this are probably not "in" these days with everyone being so plugged in, but if you can stand a change of pace, I highly recommend finding time for taking the drives described in this book.

My wife and I live in East Texas. We have made it a habit of taking one day a week and drive to one of the towns listed in the book.
We have found it so interesting and highly recommend that anyone that lives in East Texas purchase the book. You won't be disapointed. This was my second book of East Texas Sunday drive. This one was given to my dentist as he wanted one so badly that I surprised him with it. He has thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend this book. |
