I purchased a pair of size 10 Brooklyn Boots. I usually get a 10, or 101/2 so I was surprised when these were way too big. I got some insoles, and that helped a little. I just read the product description again, and this boot is supposed to have a full liner, the pair I have has no liners. Is this the problem? Can the problem be fixed?
I also have a pair, of Eastlend Blue Steel, and Hi Fidelity. Those both have full liners, and fit well.
Can you help?

I ordered a pair of these and got them in a timely manner. They were a little bigger than normal boots would fit though so I sold them and bought another pair. Other than that I have no issue with these Shoes.

Note: This shoe is classed as ''M'' for Medium fit which means that you should be able to buy your normal size, but I find that my fit was 1 size lower than I would normally wear. Size 8 1/2 fits perfectly, however I normally wear Size 9 1/2. Unlike ''Kisung Lee'', I would recommend getting 1 size lower than what you would normally wear for a comfortable fit.

All my shoes are in size 7.5, and I wear them very comfortably.

But this shoes were very narrow and very tight. Although the label said 7.5M, it was not 7.5M in fitting for sure.
