As any outdoor cook knows, deep-frying turkey is the secret to a moist, flavorful bird. However, sliding a fifteen-pound turkey in and out of a pot of boiling oil is no easy task. This durable, stainless steel basket makes the job much easier while keeping the turkey from sticking to the bottom of the pot. To use, simply place the bird in the basket, and lower it into the oil. When the turkey’s done, lift it out via the convenient, basket handle, letting hot oil safely drain into the pot below.
