Crafted from aluminum and a nonstick material called Marrlite, the set includes a 32-quart pot, a boiling basket, a lifting hook, and a lid. The pot features a brushed finish, sturdy riveted handles, and two clearly stamped oil-level markings for deep-frying turkeys. The basket, coated with Marrlite inside and out, has 1/2-inch draining holes on all sides and a convenient bucket-style handle. The hanger-shaped lifting hook helps you remove the basket safely, and the lid has a large riveted handle for comfortable use. The kit also includes a dishwasher-safe 12-inch AccuZone thermometer with a color-coded face specially marked for oil-cooking temperatures.
