Too small!!,

First, we never received the injector or the thermometer. We cooked a 12.5 lb. turkey and barely had enough room. I feel it is too small, mainly too narrow. We do not have original package or I would return it.

unit came as a mush waited for Christmas present. Too bad it came with the burner and regulator for a small pot. Took over 2 hours and 15 minutes to heat oil to 360 degrees. What a shame.I will be returning all, as I do not trust this product. Also there was no customer support on weekends (when most people would be using this porduct.) Very unsatisfactory.

I gave this as a Christmas gift to my parents, they were very happy with it. However, I was disappointed since my parents had to buy a thermometer and injector that was suppose to be supplied with the package.
