The durable 18/8 stainless steel of this Eastman Outdoors fish-fry pot prevents flavor transfer and provides easy cleanup. Use it to boil lobster one night and fry chicken the next with no danger of your meals blurring together. The pot and basket fit tidily together and can manage enough shrimp or salmon for a softball team. The basket rests on slightly raised feet in the pot so cooking liquid circulates. Pickup is easy, with loop handles on the pot and an angled handle on the basket. Designed to keep heat in, the pot lid features a flat lip and a notch for the basket handle.

Eastman's powerful 170,000 Btu steel propane burner gets water and oil up to cooking temperatures quickly. With a windscreen, an extra-wide base, and a flame regulator, the burner will also work with turkey deep fryers. --Emily Bedard

Excellent fryer with tons of ideas for delicious ideas for that special "meat" of your choice. None of the usual "kitchen" mess with those indoor deep fryers. Delicious deep fried fish, turkey, any poultry, the ideas are endless!! Treat your tastebuds to outdoor cooking with that indoor quality!!
