Try your hand at fish and chips with this fish-fry combo. Made of heavy-duty 18/8 stainless steel, this pot and basket fit tidily together and can manage enough cod or lobster for a group. The basket fits snugly into the pot on slightly raised feet so cooking liquid will circulate. Both pieces have sturdy handles--riveted loops for the pot and an angled one for the basket. Designed to keep heat in, the pot lid features a flat lip and a notch to accommodate the basket handle. Just set the basket aside to cook up a chowder or boil pasta. this is just what i need,but its a little too smalland it costs too much I would possibly try it at 29.99.
