I'm just starting to make my own sausage, and this all-inclusive package seemed like a good way to begin. But do not be fooled. It is complete JUNK. The meat grinder is unbelievably poorly made. It's made of very heavy metal, but it appears to have been coated with some sort of extremely shiny metallic paint. It's all very rudimentary - the parts look like they were very roughly molded, and they barely fit together. And they barely come apart again too. I've seen many old hand-operated meat grinders, and there's something nice about their simplicity. But this grinder is really just a junky, budget import. The sausage seasoning kits are also awful. They don't include any indication of ingredients - who knows where they came from or what's in them - just little unmarked paper packets. And the instructions are so basic, they're useless. The kit also includes a jerky "gun" which is very much like a giant cookie press. I have not used it yet, but I don't think I'll bother. This product is worthless. It's just out of it's box, but it's going straight to Goodwill.
