Great little cookbook to get you started on cooking with almond flour. Much better than the recipes I found elsewhere on the internet with better explanation on how to cook with almond flour. Would recommend it for anyone trying to eat low carb.

I have tried many of the recipes and issues with all. For example: in the cinnamon sugar baked donuts nutmeg is listed as an ingredient but never actually used in the recipe. The chocolate cupcakes do not rise (re-read the directions 3 times to make sure I hadn't missed anything) no batch has ever come out of the oven edible. Also, the book does not list a yield for any recipe.

When I first picked up this book, I had no idea how to substitute almond flour for wheat flour. With the easy-to-make and understand recipes, now I'd call myself a pro! My favorite was by far the Almond Flour Oat Loaf! Unlike wheat flour, I learned that almond flour is high in protein, low in carbohydrates and low in sugars, making for even more delicious bread. Can't wait to check out the rest of series!

I was looking for some recipes that did not require sugar, which most do in thus book. However, The explanation of almond flour and its many health benefits would be worth having this on your shelf. I would recommend reading it.

This cookbook contains more than 25 recipes that are easy to make and delicious to eat. The cheesy hamburger casserole is a big hit with my family, as well as the chocolate fudge brownies. The recipes call for only a handful of ingredients and the instructions are simple and easy to follow. I strongly recommend this book for all those who want to learn how to incorporate almond flour into their diet.
