Easy, delicious and healthy appetizers to tickle the tongue and delight the eye. These tasty bite-sized treats are excellent hors d'oeuvres, first courses, and even main courses. Most of the dishes are simple to prepare with easy-to-find ingredients.

"Love that the table of contents is sectioned by Meat and Vegetarian with calorie ranges within each. Each recipe also contains per serving calories and complete nutritional information, which makes this book truly deserve the "low-calorie" title. Very nicely put together and easy to read.
