I am so impressed with this book. The recipes are delicious and the book is well written. The TOC is sectioned by Meat and Vegetarian with calorie ranges within each. A must read for anyone with a taste for good food.

These party appetizers were really easy to make party food! I loved these appetizers - Did I already say they are easy to make? Lol!! Big key for me!! But they are also delicious and healthy. Two thumbs up!

It's hard to believe that these recipes are low calorie, because they are so delicious.

This book is so well designed with a short description by each recipe in the table of contents. Every recipe is easy to follow and at the end has a nutrition guide. The way the table of contents is laid out with different calorie amounts is wonderful for someone who (and who doesn't?) counts calories.

I made the Grilled Eggplant Crostinni, because luckily I had eggplant and tomatoes and it was wonderful and so delicious we had it for dinner. My husband raved.

I am going to make the Mushroom Wonton Florets for the next party we attend or give.

Buy this book and you will find many appetizers that will become your favorites.

Many of my friend are sticking to calorie specific diets these days, so I picked up this book to see what recipes were available.

The author has created some highly original options here for those that are watching their weight or sticking to a diet. All recipes are nicely organised into calorie per meal bands.

My favourite is the two cheese bacon mini rolls and the avocado and shrimp seviche.

The book is nicely layed out and a handy option for working people.

I really liked this cookbook! I'm always on the lookout for recipes that can fit into my calorie counting/diet so I especially love that this collection includes the nutritional information and calorie counts. I can't wait to get started and see several recipes that I will test for an upcoming party I am planning.
