These party appetizers were really easy to make party food! I loved these appetizers - Did I already say they are easy to make? Lol!! Big key for me!! But they are also delicious and healthy. Two thumbs up!

It's hard to believe that these recipes are low calorie, because they are so delicious.

This book is so well designed with a short description by each recipe in the table of contents. Every recipe is easy to follow and at the end has a nutrition guide. The way the table of contents is laid out with different calorie amounts is wonderful for someone who (and who doesn't?) counts calories.

I made the Grilled Eggplant Crostinni, because luckily I had eggplant and tomatoes and it was wonderful and so delicious we had it for dinner. My husband raved.

I am going to make the Mushroom Wonton Florets for the next party we attend or give.

Buy this book and you will find many appetizers that will become your favorites.

This is a wonderful cookbook that has a great selection of appetizers. I really like the variety and there is something for everyone. The Fiery Stuffed Jalapenos are a flavorful way to serve stuffed jalapenos without deep frying them. Much healthier for you. A lot of the recipes are so easy to make like the Two-Cheese Bacon Mini Rolls and the recipe for Prosciutto & Cheese Crostini. I especially like having so many recipes to make on my electric grill/griddle. I don't use it as often as I would like and now, I have a bunch of new and delicious recipes to try out on it like the Beef Tenderloin Shish Kabobs and the Grilled Mushroom & Bell Pepper Kabobs. As an added bonus, the author has included a nutritional analysis for each recipe. Very nice.

Very nice formatting, well-written, easy-to-follow directions - hurray!

Nutritional information is included for the recipes, which I greatly appreciate. I thought it very clever that she groups recipes by calories per serving. I also liked that there were both omnivorous and vegetarian recipes - and a recipe for gluten-free breadsticks.

I love entertaining, both at home and taking food to parties at other people's homes, and I can see that this book is going to be very useful for me. So often you need to plan your offerings for people's dietary requirements!

I can't wait until my cherry tomatoes are ready so I can make the Avocado & Cream Cheese Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes, and I'm not sure I'm going to share!
