This book has much worth while information from the very start. I have a chronic cough, too easily a bronchial problem. This book taught me why. Now I take the cough drop with the high count of menthol, having learned that it doesn't just soothe. Combined with the use of a NeiMed thing to flush my nasal passages, I stayed out of trouble this last time and my cough that's been everpresent is nearly gone completely. If you have occasional or chronic serious trouble, read this. When I had surgery three years ago, the nurse emphasized oxygen so very much, and this book explains why. Breath deep!

The author was very knowledgeable and clear. It was especially helpful if you are into concocting your own remedies. I'm not. I prefer to buy them readymade at an Herbal Shop or Health Food STore.
