I have a very high stress job and have looked for ways to help me focus throughout the day. Yoga classes at night help me sleep, re-focusing in the middle of stressful situations is often difficult. I've found that if I shut my door,forward my phone to voicemail for even 5 minutes with Easy Desk Top Yoga, I can easily get back on track, think more clearly and be more productive.THIS IS AN AWESOME STRESS REDUCTION TOOL!!!!!!!

Just wanted to let you know how surprised and pleased I was after my first experience using your Easy Desktop Yoga CD. After sitting at my desk and computer all day concentrating, it got my circulation flowing and really helped to relieve a feeling of tightness and stress. The instructor is excellent and the moves were easily performed within a minimum of space and to great effect in restoring physical and mental alertness. The organization and pacing is perfect for the office setting, since one can pick and choose which exercises to do and how much time to spend doing them. This CD is truly an asset to office staff and should be made available to them. In fact, it's a fine alternative to anyone with limited time and exercise options.

As someone that has used computer keyboards of one kind or another for over 30 years I find the exercises on this cd-rom to be extremely helpful and easy. I had been starting to experience annoying finger and thumb joint pain until I started doing the simple "Office Warm-up Exercises". The quick results recieved encouraged me to do these exercises whenever I sit down to work for any extended time period at a keyboard. I have also noticed that my neck, shoulders and lower back are much more relaxed. The reminder feature is also very useful.
