I bought Jake Owens first CD and loved it, couldn't wait until this CD was released. "Easy Does It" is great! His southern drawl makes it his own. His style of country music is laid back and refreshing. Something new!

As a customer who has previously purchased albums like Lady Antebellum and Rascal Flatts, I am so glad Jake Owen was recommended to me through Amazon.

As far as country music is concerned, he is a breath of fresh air and has this wonderfully deep voice that he is incredibly in control of -to the point of hitting softer notes to convey the depth of his emotions in his music.

Jake Owen's cd is filled with songs that are either love songs or songs of heartbreak. I'm usually more of a fan of "get-up-and dance" music, but this definitely hits the spot and Mr. Owen has some definite songs that are sure to hit the radio with positive feedback.

Great follow-up to an awesome debut. Jake seeems to be a good guy with a great voice. I'm surprised he's not a bigger star than he is. If you like sound of Dierks Bentley songs with more of a Josh Turner voice would be best I can describe.

I loved Jake Owen's first album and his second doesn't disappoint! If you're looking for a great song, "Nothing Grows in Shadows" is outstanding! I listen to this CD whenever I can.

Bought this CD as "a long shot" because I liked a couple of songs that I'd heard from it. Turns out, it's the only one that I really want to listen to right now. It's a great recording -- rich, colorful, great bass, clear vocals -- a true quality production. If you've got a nice sound system, it is REALLY impressive which makes the whole listening experience all the more enjoyable. I wasn't that familiar with Owen, but I find that I really like his style. It's one of the best CDs I've picked up in a while now.

The Cd started with trashy guitars that was following into a nice melody "Tell me".And... nice!!! is the sound you will hear from Jack Owen and his music. There are no bad tracks on Jack Owens new cd but many ordinary tracks. The Quality on the record rises to extremely high when you hear "Easy does it" that will get 7 out of 5 in my points. The song is a masterpiece and maybe the best song Jack Owen will ever write.
Other tracks that is better than "nice" is "Green Bananas" which will reminds me of Kenny Chesneys fine cd "lucky old sun" from 2008,and Who said whiskey(was meant to drink a woman away)with solid guitars and a story that Jake Owen "easy does it" to believe when he sing.

This is a fantastic follow up to the first album. It has the passionate "Don't think I can't love you" as well as a slightly different version than the first release of 8 second ride, along with many other great songs: the title track, Esy Does It, Green Bananas;a song about living your life to the fullest now, Anything for you, & Nothing grows in Shadows could all easily become #1 hits. If you love you some Jake Owen, heck even if you only like 1 or 2 of his songs you will love this album!
