This spice definitely warrants its own book. This book is a complete guide to Ginger. Up til now I have been very limited on my use of Ginger. This book has opened my eyes to so many more benefits to Ginger. There are so many great recipes in here for Ginger. I will definitely be making more of these recipes. I will be growing my own Ginger this year to have a regular supply to keep up with the recipes in this book. This book is absolutely worth 99 pennies. If you love Ginger your gonna love this book. If you are unsure about Ginger and want to know more I highly recommend yo buy this ebook.

This book is short and sweet but contains some good information and several recipes I intend on using. I'm glad I found it.

Overall I really liked this book and enjoyed learning about the benefits of ginger. I always heard that ginger helps to settle the stomach, but never knew that it could be used for cramps, or treating inflammation. I mean Confucius is said to consume it every day. Pretty awesome! I'm looking forward to trying out some of the recipes and maybe even incorporating them into my daily diet.

Was searching for a way to put more ginger in my diet. It seems to help with my arthritis. These recipes sound very good and I am excited about trying them.

Interesting reading. I have always thought of ginger as a healthy spice. I have already picked out some recipes to try including the ginger ice cream one.

Not much to write about. A decent resource if you like ginger but you can find a lot of recipes on the internet for free. I am rather sorry that I bothered to get it. I have pulled apart and kept only a few recipes.
