Ellis provides with yet another recipe book for foods that don't have gluten. This time she takes things a step further with recipes for a no egg, yeast, or sugar also. The recipes themselves are relatively easy and fun to make and you won't spend all your money in the grocery store trying to buy them all. You also won't spend hours searching for an ingredient you've never heard of before since all of the dishes mentioned in this book only require the basics. Unlike her other two books these recipes aren't centered primarily on sweets. While some of her better recipes from her former books are included, you also learn how to make meat dishes, as well as sauces and breads.

Having a diabetic husband it is always a challenge to find recipes that not only taste good (when it comes to sweets) but are also healthy for him. I have added this one to my ever-growing stack of cookbooks that are "Hubby-Safe!" Thank you for another delicious addition to the stack!!
