I was very inspired to write a gluten-free cookbook, As I remember holiday dinners in the past, and everyone falling into a coma after dinner, I did not realize the turkey that I was eating was injected with all kinds of pesticides and hormones, the potatoes and vegetables were also grown in pesticides, and the wheat and gluten was so plentiful, my stomach was doing overtime to even try to catch up with it's natural balance.

Now when I have a holiday dinner, everything is organic, fresh and as I can get it. Canned, cooked and dead food is just not a part of my pantry or kitchen. When I view fresh food, my eyes glow and my body says Yes! Even when my eyes are bigger than my stomach, I might feel a little full, it doesn't put me into a food induced coma, and I am energized because I have put love into the food and it loves me back.

I love what Arnold Schwarzenegger said in his total book, Total Recall, "I believe that if you do what is hard, life becomes easy". How are you challenging yourself today? If you always do what is easy, then life becomes hard, and change becomes your adversary!

I also believe that smart Food scientists stumbles upon the appetite stimulating effect of the glia din protein in wheat 25 years ago

I think it's put in for 1 reason to stimulate your appetite to increase sales I also believe that it will keep you from excellent health thus having to see doctors more often.

It's the same as the tobacco industry increasing nicotine to insure addiction

There are two recipes in the book description. Tell me, what exactly is "teaspoon not good" as an ingredient? I can understand "In a hot bring half of water to a boil" - I think - but... Sheesh! The recipes I can see in Look Inside are no better. It reads like this was scanned, or scraped from someone else's website. And this many 5-star reviews on this junk indicates strongly that the reviews were bought.

I've been collecting gluten free cookbooks lately. This one looks ok to me. There are no photos for the people that need that. There are no serving counts, no prep times, and no nutritional info either. The formatting is good, with the table of contents supplying links to each recipe, for good navigation. There are page breaks after each recipe, so that they don't run together.
