5.0 out of 5 stars Two thumbs up baby!, November 13, 2008
This review is from: Easy Listening Gold 1962-1963 {Various Artists} (Audio CD)
I have listened to 6 cd's of the 10 total in the series. All of them have great production value and are top notch remasters. Highly recommended for fans of the 60's Easy Listening genre.

5.0 out of 5 stars Sukiyaki, May 18, 2009
This review is from: Easy Listening Gold 1962-1963 {Various Artists} (Audio CD)
Easy Listening Gold 1962-1963 is a two CD that is one hour, twenty minutes, and forty-four seconds. There are a total of 30 songs on this two CD set. There are at least four instruments songs and two foreign sung songs that both went to number one in the same year. With the exception of Andy Williams Moon River, the rest of the 29 songs charted. We have at least eight songs spend more then one week at #1. The winner goes to Bobby Vinton's song Blue Velvet. That song last for eight weeks on the U.S. Billboard Middle-Road Singles chart. This CD mostly sticks with the easy listening genre. Also there are some artists on it that you did not know exist unless you heard the song. Easy Listening Gold 1962-1963 gets an AAAAA+++++.

This album was definitely hard to find, especially the variety of songs from various artists in one album/CD set. A combination of the many hits that we enjoyed listening to back then and now. I would highly recommend trying it out for those that have not had the pleasure of listening to it yet. We do not regret buying this, it's worth every penny!
