Not only does this book provide 65 different block patterns, but you also get complete, easy to understand instructions and hints for foundation piecing. With many sample quilt ideas and instructions, you'll want to get started right away. I won a blue ribbon at the state fair with one!!

4.0 out of 5 stars Good variety of patterns and applications., June 13, 1998

This review is from: Easy Machine Paper Piecing (Paperback)
I bought this book 15 months or so ago and loved it from the start. What look to be complicated and tricky designs are really straight-forward. There are coloured pages of striking combinations to demonstrate possibilities along with instructions if you want to copy. Otherwise you can have a lot of fun making up your own from the good variety of patterns/settings. I love foundation piecing and Ms Doak's patterns have been straight-forward to sew and pleasing to look at.
