GREAT for a sewing resource
I have sewn for over thirty years but I find this book to be a fun, quick reference guide to ideas you may never have tried. THere are some really fun 'extra hints' too. Also, it's a great aid to teaching your kids and grandkid.

Not my first choice.
This is a nice book but not what I expected. It gives some beginner information about the sewing maching, machine sewing, and fabric, but the sewing projects seemed to be too advanced for a beginner. The earlier book was better. I purchased both for my daughter, read them, and decided not to give her this one because it repeated most of the basic information from the...
