Very comfortable walking shoes, as Easy Spirit is for me. No breaking in period. I just hope that they last long enough as I am not sure that this sole will withstand the amount of walking I do. I walk 5 miles per day and the last pair of Easy Spirits lasted six months or 900 miles.

I loved the pair of these shoes I got before this pair. The heel, sole, width, length, secure feel, and padding throughout, together produced the best, most comfortable on-the-road and exercise shoe I'd ever had for my 8W feet. When they finally wore out I bought an identical, same size pair to replace them. Unfortunately, when I put them on and went to the gym, I realized while on the treadmill that they were way too wide. They flopped and sounded like clown shoes when I ran, and got in the way when I exercised. Too late to return; I'd been outside in them. But now I can't use them. I trip when I wear them, further adding to my clown imitation. All I needed was a orange yarn wig.
If you buy this shoe, you may love it as much as I did the first pair, but try them out inside for awhile before you hit the streets.

I need a wide toe box and a shoe that runs a tad long for an 11M. The shoe is comfortable and fits great. Got the special price reduction at the beginning of the year before they raised it. I am buying a second pair because it took awhile to find a shoe that fit. I tried both women's and men's sizes and this is the best fit. Great shoe to work in, wear around and walk in.

I love these shoes! It seems there is no "breaking in" period. They are comfortable the very first time I walk in them. This is my third pair of Easy Spirit walking shoes. I've had such good luck with them (comfort, durability, support, etc.), I think I'll just stick with them.

I absolutely love these shoes but could not find them in any stores in my area. I found them on amazon and ordered them right away. Shoes were find, but they smelled like gasoline. When I opened the box, the smell took my breath away. I have just about got the smell out, but I wanna know how come they smelled?

This is a great walking shoe and I am disappointed that Easy Spirit is discontinuing it. The shoes were in excellent condition, priced well and was shipped in a timely manner. I would purchase from this buyer again.

I walk for over 12 hours a day at work. I am an RN at the hospital. The Easy Spirit shoes are the only shoes I can wear at work.

I absolutely love these shoes!!!! They are the most comfortable walking shoes I have ever owned. I love them so much, I am getting a second pair. :-)

THese are the very best shoe for support and comfort in walking
.I find the weight of the shoe not very plesant, but it gives great stability
for elderly in getting where you want to go. I dye the white shoes black for winter!

I have been wearing Easy Spirit Grasp's for quite a while and would highly recommend this shoe. It's the best walking shoe I ever had. The price was great too!
