Quitting through Dry Humor,
By Gege from New York (New Rochelle, NY USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Easy Way to Start Smoking: A Step-by-Step Guide to Smoking Twenty Cigarettes a Day-and Loads More in the Evening (Paperback)
Well I'm 9-months a non-smoker and this book was one of several that was of tremendous help to me. As a 2 pack smoker, I never laughed so hard at the absurdity of my habit. This book was gentle to my ego sharing hard cold facts. I highly recommend this book even if you're not ready to quit. What was helpful to me was all the non-smoking material I read while still a smoker. The teaching made my transition of D-Day a little more tolerable. You will laugh a lot at the reality of a not-so-good habit. Whether you quit now or tomorrow, this book is a profound & educational read. A one-of-a-kind book using humor as the road to healthy living.
