My mother is Thai, so I grew up eating the delicious cuisine of Thailand daily. After I went to College I realized how much I missed eating good Thai food everyday. Well after getting my mom's recipes, I wanted to supplement her recipes with other recipes. So, I now have a habit of buying every Thai Cookbook I can get my hands on.

This book is one of the best I have come across. First of all it has most of the recipes for foods that people usual associate with Thailand. The recipes are easy to follow, the ingrediants very accessible, and they taste great! The added bonus is that each recipe has a full color picture to show you what your meal should look like. This is a must for people who are attempting the recipe for the first time. I have already recommended this book to all of my friends and I think it is a must have for your international cookbook library.

I bought this book mainly on the reviews from Amazon readers. I was disappointed because I expected so much more. The recipes are not the greatest from the Thai cuisine - at least I have experienced much better food.
