I bought this item because my fiance and I went on a cruise and we wanted to save money. Instead of buying a $7.25 plus automatic 15% gratutity added for just one adult drink we smuggled our own on in our luggage. We were pretty successful, but one got caught and thrown away. We didn't look at it as a loss because it saved us so much money. They are pretty cool and I've told everyone about them.

Product worked exactly as advertised. Materials at first seem a bit flimsy and not worth the product price, but in the end the effectiveness means very good value. Recommended.

Good quality plastic, very sturdy...stores a lot of liquid...worked great for our cruise! A little hard to dry after cleaning, but not a big deal.

I had read so many positive reviews for this product that I was shocked when I went on a recent cruise and got caught. Very embarassing. The cruiselines must be on to it and are x-raying for the liquids, period. I won't be going on this particular cruiseline anymore and certainly would not recommend purchasing this product.

We were looking for something to carry alcoholic beverages with us on a cruise and after doing much research, I found that the Rum Runners were highly recommended by many sources. They are exactly as described - flexible, durable, heavy-duty plastic flasks that do not leak. I was a little apprehensive packing them in our suitcase, but to our surprise, they made it through the x-ray machines with no problem and no leaky mess in our clothes!!! We've used them many times since then on other trips, but also to football games and concerts with no difficulties at all. GREAT PRODUCT!!! I would recommend them to everyone.

I bought these for a cruise. I personally don't drink much, but when I do I would just prefer make my own drink rather than pay the higher prices found on cruises. I bought a fifth of liquor and still had the medium bags left over. My booze got on board with no problem what so ever, and I woudl have felt confident putting them in my carry on luggage (for the cruise not flight) as well or used them to bring beverages in from one of the ports. I didn't have any leakage cruise handling and flight in checked luggage) what so ever. I will definatly use these on future cruises. The small ones could easily fit into a pocket or purse. The large ones are quite large but if you fill them correctly they still lay quite flat.

Easy to fill with some very fine brandy, sealed tight and packed nicely in the suitcase. We used them for a cruise. I don't know if the suitcases were security checked but at any rate the rum runners were undisturbed. And we did enjoy the nightcaps. I will add that the cruise liquor prices weren't unreasonable either.

Traveling? Cruises? These are a must buy for anyone thinking of taking a cruise. Pop them in your suitcase and save some money (buying liquor) on your next cruise! They do not leak!

This worked awesomely for sneaking booze onto the cruise my husband and I took for our honeymoon on June 27, 2011 on the Norweigen Sky. I filled all with flavored vodka and/or Bacardi. I packed them in 3 different suitcases and just folded them into clothing towards the bottom of the bags. I also pack a whole suitcase with nothing but sodas and mixers, both canned and 2 liter sodas. I didn't put any liquor in the suitcase with the sodas. That was the first suitcase that arrived in our room. We did the math and taking our own booze saved us $500. These are well worth the investment and none of them leaked!

I bought this set after borrowing a couple of the flasks from a friend in order to take liquor on a jet boat to Key West. They worked perfectly then and have since used my own flasks to take drinks on picnics, etc. They don't leak and are just the thing to take already mixed margaritas along on an outing. I love my set!
