I love this sleep solution, I get both a night sleep aid and their NAP26 product works like nothing I have ever tried before. I can't take naps on my own as I sleep too long, and NAP26 always wakes me up in 26-minutes feeling rested.

My chiropractor recommended binaural beats (which is what the static noises the other reviewers refer to are). This does allow me to nap in my car on my lunch break from work, which I've never been able to do before. I like that it is it's own player so I can just leave it in my car and not have to remember to bring my iPod. I don't use it enough (maybe once a month) to know if it eats batteries, but I do keep a 4 pack of AAAs from the dollar store with it in my glove box.

Anyone with sleep problems, should make sure there is not a medical reason for their sleep issues. An mp3 cannot cure these issues. I highly recommend reading The Mood Cure by Julia Ross. You can take the quiz here and see if the cures in the book would be beneficial: [...]

I have tried this many times and it does not work. It's annoying. It sounds like static sounds. I think it is supposed to sound like rain, but it's just annoying. Waste of money.
