I have always bought Kodak cameras, 6 months ago I bought a comparable Olympus and sorry I did, this Kodak M580 again is typical of why I buy Kodak, the menu's are concise and easy to use, you don't need to read the book to be able to use every feature on the camera, Kodak has always had the end user in mind when they design their cameras and the very easy, learn on the run features are why. I replace my camera at least once a year to keep up with the new features and increased pixel and picture quality, I have bought a Kodak time after time. and my old cameras, well I just pass them on down to everyone in the family, I think I still have my old Brownie in the attic somewhere

The Kodak M580 is just the camera I was needing and very easy to use. Although all of the instructions for use are not located in the book, there is a web site available for more detailed usage suggestions. Great camera, I look forward to taking it on our cruise next week.
