This is an excellent book. Superbly written and easy to read. Great advice for the eternal dieter who longs to get off the 'rollercoaster of diets' My wife saids 'if only I had known about this book long before now. Still better later than never. That's the thing about this book, it is never, ever too late to finally kick that extra weight and get back into a sensible six meals a day eating plan'

I bought this book for the six meal a day plan. The book is excellent, IF you live in the United Kingdom! As an American, there are few things that we can buy that the British eat. If I would have known this prior to ordering, I would never have ordered it.

This book contain all sort of recipes to choose from so you can eat all day with compromise. The recipes contain real ingredients no fake stuff. Everything looks and sounds yummy! If you are thinking about losing weight I think this the way to go especially cause you are eating all day so you'll dieting without knowing it.
