Eat That Frog! is one of the best books I've read in a long time. Procrastination can be broken down to fear - fear of failure, fear of success, fear that project is too big or too time consuming, fear of lack of money or knowledge. I encourage my clients to face their fear, and commit to doing whatever it is they are procrastinationg doing. They write their biggest procrastination on a froggy notepad, post it where they see it first thing in the morning, and eat their frog everyday. They've had great success.
