Editorial Reviews

Review

Gently, softly, Lois guides us from that initial flicker of curiousity to a full-blown assessment and appreciation of our daily food and our lifestyle using all our senses. Be careful! Lois will seduce you into a deeper, richer and more sensitively seductive view not only of food -- but also of life! -- Thelma Barer-Stein, Ph.D., author

It looks luscious, it reads well, it has truly relevant messages -- 4 thumbs up! -- Pierrette Buklis, Registered Dietitian

Lois Ferguson has finally given us license to have fun with food. Her book encourages us to switch on all of our senses and pull up to the "Table of Life" with energy and ecstasy. -- Ann Rohmer, Host/Segment Producer, City TV's Breakfast Television, Toronto

5.0 out of 5 stars Eating for Energy and Ecstasy, April 8, 2000
This review is from: Eating for Energy and Ecstasy (Paperback)
So many books about food are negative in tone, with emphasis on what we shouldn't eat and why not. Lois Ferguson's message is simple: lighten up and enjoy not only food but life itself. What a concept! If you love food, you'll love this book.
