5.0 out of 5 stars I had no idea it was a book of recipes., October 13, 1999
This review is from: Eating Right: For the Health of It! (Paperback)
I thought it was a book on his philosophy of eating for better health. While it did include some of his concepts, it is mostly a cookbook. In the past, I listened to an audio presentation by Dr. Joe and it contained a wealth of information. I guess I thought the book was going to be more along those lines. If possible, have him contact me by email or let me know if there is another book or audio available. Thanks.
